Shipping policy
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Timeframe
All refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this period may not be accepted.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We only offer refunds or exchanges if:
- The item is defective
- The item was damaged in transit
- You received the wrong item
Please note: Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
If you believe your item qualifies for a return:
- Contact us via email or social media within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
If your request is approved:
- A return shipping label will be provided
- You will be instructed on how to send the item back
Once we receive the returned item, a final inspection will be completed. If approved, you will be offered either a refund or an exchange.
Exchanges
If you choose an exchange, we will issue a store credit (coupon code) equal to:
- The value of the item
- Plus the original shipping cost
Example:
If your item cost $15, you may receive a $25 credit to cover item value and shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and currency used at checkout.
Please note:
- Currency conversions may vary at the time of refund
- We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rate changes
Credit Card Refunds
Refunds will be sent back to the original card used for payment.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
PayPal Refunds
Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:
- PayPal balance / bank transfer: Refunded to your PayPal balance
- Credit card via PayPal: Refunded back to your card
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to reflect.
All PayPal refunds are issued in USD based on PayPal’s current exchange rate.
Refund Fees
If a refund is requested for reasons not related to faulty or damaged items:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A 7% administrative fee may be applied
These fees are applied at the discretion of the support team handling your request.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order.
After this period:
- Pre-orders are non-refundable
- If the product has already been released, cancellations will not be accepted
